Google have confirmed that Rightmove was the UK’s most searched business in 2014 (Google Trends – Business Search 2014) and that 70% of home hunters turn to Rightmove first (Research Now, Survey of 2,400 home movers, July 2014).
Zoopla (Including PrimeLocation) is also the 2nd most popular property website in the UK and accounts for a substantial share of the 30% of buyers that don’t visit Rightmove, which is also an opportunity not to be missed.
