Knife Angel National tour comes to Newark
As well as helping on the strategic planning team, I have been asked to deliver a series of workshops for different groups, e.g. My SASS course (Situational Awareness and Street Safety) Course, to members of the public on one day, and then a different version to nearly 400 secondary school children over a 2 day period.
I’ll also be arranging speakers to talk about resilience when under peer pressure, knife crime, and county lines for both the kids and parents. There will be a range of anti-violence initiatives, around personal safety, domestic violence and drugs, night-time walk, candlelit processions, a closing and opening ceremony, school projects, books of remembrance, the building of a community choir and much much more
