By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them.

These terms of use refer to the following additional terms, which also apply to your use of our site:

  • Our Privacy Policy, which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us. By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
  • Our Cookie Policy, which sets out information about the cookies on our site.

Definitions In these terms and conditions the following words have the following meanings:

We’, ‘us’, ‘our’,  ‘RSViP’;  Fiona Duncan trading as RSViP from premises at Lace Market House, 54-56 High Pavement, The Lace Market, Nottingham, NG1 1HW..

‘You’, ‘your’  ;- RSViP Cardholders/business members.

‘Network Socials’; Network events and social gatherings hosted by  RSViP.

 ‘Website’; The website operated by us known as www.rsvipcard.co.uk and www.rsvipnetwork.co.uk .

‘RSViP Card’; The membership card we give you upon registration with RSViP either as a stand-alone product or as part of a Business Membership package.

 ‘Participating Establishments’; Affiliated companies: or business members or venue hosts who provide goods and services in relation to the RSViP Card and the Business Membership .

‘Business Membership’ and ‘Business Member’ ;membership services, offered in several forms and packages, made  available to businesses and individuals, in their business  capacity , who wish to join as members in order to advertise and promote their services via the Network Socials and the other various platforms that RSViP makes available to members from time to time.

RSViP offers’; Any company/business/establishment with which we agree a discount or special offer for you as part of the service.

Poaching’; The action of one whose intentions is to take valuable content, information or contacts/data from another for self gain often without knowledge of that person or business.

‘ Spamming’; The action of contacting a person or number of people at once with a generic message or advertisement, without the permission or prior knowledge of that /those said people or the permission of the owners of that said list of contacts or data.

service’;the Network Socials and/or the RSViP Card comprised within the Business Membership that you agree to subscribe to and pay for from time to time in accordance with these terms and conditions.

1 General

1.1 These terms and conditions are the only conditions under which we are willing to provide the service to you. These conditions can only be modified as set out in these conditions or by variation in writing signed by  RSViP.
1.2 We reserve the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions at any time. We will give notice of any such variation or update.

1.3 We may update and change our site from time to time to reflect changes to our service, our users’ needs and our business priorities
1.4. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall detract from your rights as a consumer.
1.5. These terms and conditions (including any documents referred to within them) contain all the terms on which we provide the service to you. They supersede any prior promises, representations (except fraudulent representations), undertakings or warranties (express or implied)  made.
1.6 These terms and conditions do not create any right enforceable by a person not a party to them.

2 Membership
2.1 Membership is by application only,  is based on a minimum twelve month rolling contract and is renewable annually.
2.2 We are unable to accept your application without the complete and accurate information required by us and provided by you,  in accordance with the on the online membership form  on our  website.
2.3 Membership of the service is only available to a person over the age of 18 (eighteen)   who is a permanent resident of the United Kingdom.  By entering the site and applying for membership for the service you are  confirm that you are over the age of 18 (eighteen)  and you are a permanent resident of the United Kingdom.
2.4 The RSViP website is for the personal use of those who are at the legal age to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages on site within licensed premises.

2.5 RSViP offers three levels of membership for the service packaged and priced accordingly, known as;  Individual, Corporate/Company and Gold membership respectively, it is the applicants choice as to which level of membership is selected, according to their business requirements and membership packages can be discussed with us to ensure the correct package is selected by you.

2.6 RSViP reserves the right to amend what is included in the three membership packages at anytime they feel necessary and members will be notified of any changes,  if significant.

2.7 Details of the RSViP membership packages are listed in full on the RSViP website and can also be directly emailed over to the applicant upon request, as well as discussed over the phone or by email.

2.8 RSViP do not offer refunds of membership fees and only in extremely rare circumstances would this be actioned at the discretion of  RSViP.

2.9 RSViP offer a number of ‘additional services’ directed at both members and non-members in business including; photography packages, video production, printing services, digital marketing, mobile apps, e-brochures, website development, banner advert sponsorship and exhibition stands at events and magazine advertising.  These additional services are all provided as part of a  collaboration with third party  providers and your engagement with a third party provider will be subject to the terms of a separate contract to be entered into between you and such third party provider. RSViP  is not responsible for any  acts or omissions by the third party providers once an introduction has taken place via RSViP and  you.

2.10 Payment for the additional services is to be made directly to the  third party provider selected by you and as such will be invoiced to the  you directly from that third party provider, once an introduction has been made by RSViP and a price has been agreed.

2.11 RSViP additional services are chargeable at various rates separate from and in addition  to the RSViP membership packages available as part of the business network and RSViP reserve the right to amend the pricing and content of the additional services packages at anytime. RSViP additional services can be purchased by you without being a member of RSViP, however some pricing of the additional services may be different to that which applies  if the additional services are  purchased by a member,(to take into consideration members discounts.
2.12 Business membership is renewable after 1 (one)  year (if payment has been made annually).
2.13  Prior to your annual renewal, a notification will be sent to you by email and/or automatically via the our website) and once you have confirmed your renewal an email confirmation will be sent to you.
2.14 Membership will automatically renew if set up on our online payment system Go Cardless or Stripe as your monthly subscription is on a rolling contract until you provide notice of cancelation otherwise.

Your membership will roll over and automatically renew and your direct debit payments will continue.. No refund will be offered by us to you should you wish to discontinue your membership after 12 months, however you may cancel your membership with us at anytime following the 12 month period by notifying us via email- please do not rely on renewal reminders from us for this, however should you contact us at anytime to request the renewal date of your membership, please do get in touch and we would happy to check this for you.

2.15 If you have a direct debit set up with us for your membership, you are required to notify us of any changes to your bank and if  your direct debit is cancelled accidentally, you will be notified by us requesting it be reinstated.

2.16 Membership is based on a minimum twelve month contract whether paid for annually in full in advance or by monthly direct debit and as such if membership is cancelled part way through the year, the remaining balance of the fee must be paid and will be invoiced to you by us at the point of cancellation requesting a final settlement of the balance of the fee which is due from you on receipt of our invoice, or alternatively we will give you the option to re-instate your monthly subscription until the full year contract has been completed.

2.17 We do not have any control over goods/products or services provided by the participating establishments that we promote or host events at. If you have any complaints or queries these should be raised with the participating establishment directly and promptly, however RSViP values any feedback, so that we can monitor our participating establishments in order to provide the best service possible to our members.

3.Events

3.1 RSViP members events (known as Business Network Socials) run once per month with dates listed on the RSViP website, RSViP reserve the right to amend these dates and venues at any time when deemed necessary.

3.2 RSViP  is not responsible for any necessary  changes to event dates and/or venues for their ‘Business Network Social’ member events due to unforeseeable circumstances or eventualities out of their control or due to the venue itself making changes, however we will  endeavour to give as much notice as possible to guests and members  to notify them of any such changes.

3.3 RSViP reserve the right to eject anyone; both members or non-members from any of their events due to unacceptable behaviour or to refuse entry to anyone deemed as being dressed inappropriately.

3.4 RSViP will  endeavour to facilitate guests introductions where requested at events, however we cannot be responsible if these introductions do not happen for whatever reason.

3.5 RSViP endeavour to ensure the very best quality hospitality at each and every one of their events, however RSViP  is not responsible if food or drink served by a venue host is not to the quality standard reasonably expected by a guest or member. If a guest becomes unwell or suffers an allergic reaction as a result of eating or drinking at an RSViP event,  and RSViP is notified , RSViP will  use reasonable endeavours to ensure the venue host is made aware of the occurrence, however RSViP cannot be held responsible for any kind of allergic reaction or illness caused by the food served in the venue at the time. Please note, we do not take pre orders or ask for any special dietary requirements or allergy details, due to the nature of the food served at our events being in the form of canapes, small plates or buffet food, provided by our venue hosts and more often than not we are not privy to what items of food will be served until the evening, due to this being the decision and responsibility of the venue hosts, therefore it is your responsibility as a guest to ask one of the venue staff or make it known of your allergy, before consuming any items of food and should you decide to do so, it is at your own risk.

3.6 RSViP often allows third party businesses to exhibit at their events and as such cannot be held liable or responsible for these third parties in any way and /or any injuries caused by third party exhibition stands and their equipment.

3.7 A professional photographer and videographer often attends RSViP events and takes both natural and posed photos during the evening for the intention of RSViP’s  use of such photographs within RSViP’s marketing and PR which are posted on our website and share on our social media platforms and as such RSViP reserves the right to use any images from our events we deem suitable, and you hereby consent to the use of,  such footage through all available communication channels including websites, e-mail marketing, social media and submissions to various media publications both digital and hard copy. The photographs and footage are copyright of the photographer and videographer and copies can be provided upon request.

3.8 A professional live-streamer is often present at the RSViP events live streaming via social media platforms including Instagram, both natural room shots and live direct interviews with those who volunteer and as such the content of these streams will be uploaded onto various social media platforms, websites and e-mailers for marketing purposes and you hereby consent to such use,.

3.9 A professional videographer is often present at the RSViP events filming in the background as well as direct interview where volunteered and as such the footage is used solely for marketing purposes on various platforms such as websites, e-mailers and via social media and you hereby consent to such use,. The content of the film, is copyright of the videographer themselves.

3.10 RSViP endeavour to update our events calendar and various sections of the website regularly with details of upcoming events and also open up the events calendar within the ‘members only’ section of the website for members to promote their upcoming ‘social’ events for example, menu tasters, Christmas dinners, music nights, black tie dinners, fashion shows, charity and sports events.This platform is not for promoting networking related events which may be deemed as a conflict of interest to RSViP itself, as mentioned in section  5 .Code of Conduct and as such RSViP reserve the right to remove content which violates this.

3.11 RSViP events are often advertised and promoted via their automated e-mailer CRM system and therefore bookings can also be made automatically via this platform. RSViP  is not responsible if for any system failures and/or lack of communication, resulting in your booking not being recognised, however please do feel free to contact us directly in this case in advance of the event and entry to the events is automatic for members in this case ,should your name not be on the list for any reason  due to such error. Entry is  at the  discretion of RSViP for non members who are not on the guest list.

3.12 Some RSViP events are ticketed and priced separately to those included in the RSViP membership packages, including for example our Business Brunch event, therefore you will be notified in advance of any additional charges to stand-alone events and payment options provided accordingly.

3.13 RSViP can advise on directions of venues and parking facilities, however RSViP  is not  liable for loss of directions resulting in member’s late arrival or parking fines or parking  tickets.

3.14 It is your responsibility to access the member’s area- known as the ‘Business Members Area’ for information on forthcoming events via the events calendar and not rely on us to inform you directly via email or any other form of communication, however we will do this via our digital newsletters as often as we can,  we are not  liable for e-mails that you do not receive due to them filtering into your junk or spam mail or being prevented entry to your inbox via your firewall, therefore we advise you refer to our website for all upcoming events.

3.16  It is your responsibility to RSVP to the events you wish to attend and abide by the relevant rules and requests specified, we  are not liable for changes in our venue hosts company policies.

4 Discounts
4.1 Discounts offered via the website are at the discretion of our participating establishments and are subject to change, however we will endeavour to keep you updated as to their current discount offering as and when appropriate the amended discount/offer.
4.2 It is the member’s responsibility to check on the RSVIP website for the relevant and latest discounts/offers prior to attending or contacting the  participating establishment or business.
4.3 RSViP is not responsible if a participating business changes its discount due to new ownership/management or acquisition.
4.4 You may report disputes with participating businesses by contacting RSViP. Reports must be submitted by email with the following information: Establishment name, date and approximate time of dispute, discount denied and any other relevant information to info@rsvipnetwork.co.uk
4.5 Offers made available through RSViP may change from time to time. RSViP reserve the right to change any offer and/or  participating businesses at any time. In addition  participating businesses may elect to change their offers from time to time. RSViP will make commercially reasonable efforts to make appropriate updates to the website as and when it is necessary. For a listing of current discounts/offers and events cardholders should visit www.rsvipnetwork.co.uk If you become aware of a discontinued offer listed, please notify RSViP by emailing info@rsvipnetwork.co.uk As a participating business, it is your responsibility to notify RSViP of any change in your offers/advertised facilities or any other subsequent changes that may affect the accuracy of the RSViP website.
4.6 RSViP  accepts  no obligation to provide a replacement or substitute offer for any offer that is  discontinued.
4.7 Only the authorised signatory can benefit from the RSViP partner discounts and be eligible for its offers and discounts unless specific circumstances have been arranged by you and  RSViP.

4.8 RSViP rarely run promotional offers on membership packages, however on the rare occasion discounts are offered, these are solely to the discretion of RSViP.

4.9 RSViP will offer registered charities special discounts and added value to their discretion.

5 Code of Conduct-
5.1 We aim to create a safe and inclusive environment at our events and as such you  must not commit any act of unruly behaviour at any event or within any participating establishment we promote and host within towards other guests, patrons of the venue, staff on the premises or the RSViP team. Unruly behaviour is any unreasonable conflict or actions both verbal and physical that result in an unnecessary situation between you, the participating establishment or anyone present that we deem to be unruly in our reasonable opinion and this includes any kind of unnecessary inappropriate behaviour and as such prohibit harassment, discrimination and disruptive or offensive conduct of any kind. Any violation of such acts will be dealt with accordingly.

Should anything of this nature take place, we reserve the right to eject you from our event and the venue to which we are hosting at reserves the right to eject you from their venue and in some cases where we deem necessary we reserve the right to report the issue to the authorities.

Respectful Behaviour

  • Treat all attendees and staff with he upmost respect and courtesy regardless of background or identity.
  • Be mindful of personal space and boundaries.
  • Refrain from discriminatory, offensive language or harassing and aggressive behaviour.

Disruptive Behaviour

  • Deemed to be that of aggressive or threatening conduct.
  • Loud, attention seeking and disruptive behaviour.

Professional Conduct

Dress appropriately for the environment and professional setting & adhere to all the above

Reporting Concerns / Making a complaint

If you experience or witness any inappropriate behaviour of any nature of the above or otherwise, we encourage you to report it to one of our team and or one of the team at the venue the incident took place.

You should communicate clearly the content of the complaint witnessed or experienced both verbally if possible and in writing.

We ask that you provide as much detail as possible in order that we can conduct an investigation into the complaint relating to all parties involved and ask for a reasonable amount of time in which to conduct this.

We ask for any relevant contact details to be provided and ask for an acknowledgment of our correspondence and communications in order for us to efficiently conduct our own investigation.

We cannot be held responsible for any altercation or inappropriate behaviour displayed by a third party individual (s) including a guest (s), member (s), patron within the venue at our events, however welcome any feedback of such behaviour so that we can be given the opportunity to take the most suitable course of action.

5.2 Upon application  for  RSViP membership you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions of the network and are entering into a contract of a minimum twelve month agreement with RSViP, once the contract is agreed to (via our website) and payment is received your membership will commence for twelve months from that date and not before, membership cannot be confirmed without you agreeing to these terms and conditions via our website and payment being received.

5.3 By becoming a member of RSViP you are exposed to valuable and useful information that will potentially enhance your business including exclusive access to the members directory of our website, where other members contact details and business profiles are positioned. The intention of these profiles is to allow you as a member to be made aware of who else are part of our network and allow for you to network online connect with said individuals.  Mis-use of these online profiles will result in immediate action by RSViP and may result in discontinuation of your membership at RSViP’s discretion.

5.4 Mis-use of the RSViP online directory feature and platform includes ‘spamming’ from lists to cold contact members or non-members to sell a product, service or event with the intention of data capture or with the intention of promoting a service deemed by  RSViP to conflict with RSViP’s business interests..

5.5 RSViP place the utmost importance on bringing company representatives together at their events to network and build relationships over time and do not condone the action of cold  spamming  or mis-use of the RSViP platforms with the intention of data capturing and ‘poaching’ contacts from RSViP business network.  If such behaviour is discovered RSViP reserves the right to discontinue membership  at  their discretion.

5.5 RSViP offer various platforms to members to encourage networking both face to face and online including via their online members directory of the website and members Linkedin group, which requires members to adhere to the structured policies of each platform.  Mis-use of these platforms , to include  spamming and data capture will result in discontinuation of your membership.

5.6 RSViP expects  you to promote, via RSViP platforms and when attending events , only the business services and /or product discussed and represented upon your application.  Should the members business product or service change or diversify to a significant difference during their year of membership, RSViP must be notified immediately,  as all applications are verified based on the business model at the  time of application. RSViP understands that aspects within business can and do change, therefore will  use reasonable endeavours to accommodate these changes where necessary, however RSViP reserves the right to discontinue your membership should  RSViP deem the change to be of a conflict of interest with ,or to the detriment of , RSViP itself.

57 RSViP do not accept applications for membership from other business network organisations or clubs of any kind related to business networking activity, due to  conflicts of interest and the need to protect the integrity of the RSViP brand and data, however each enquiry will be treated individually and it is to the discretion of RSViP who we accept as members on the whole.

5.8 RSViP forbids the action of poaching contacts via  spamming from RSViP lists, platforms such as the online RSViP members directory, website or social media or at the RSViP events for the sole purpose of encouraging RSViP members and contacts to attend third party networking related events, that may deemed a conflict of interest to RSViP including business networks or clubs and  if such activity is discovered, RSViP membership may be revoked.

6 Payments & Cancellations
Please pay particular attention to the following information for your own understanding and benefit:
6.1 You acknowledge that all membership subscriptions are non-refundable.
6.2 You agree to pay an upfront one-off payment in full for your chosen business membership package by card (Stripe) via the website or by requesting an invoice via the website to pay BACS.  If preferred a monthly payment plan via our online Stripe system is also available to you via the website. 

6.3 Membership is based on a minimum twelve month agreement and is based on a rolling contract thereafter the 12 months is up.  By the completing the online membership form and ticking the box to say you have read and agree to these terms and conditions you are acknowledging these rolling contract terms.  In some cases you may have also been asked to sign a members contract.

6.4 If your business membership is cancelled during your first year (12 months) of membership including by RSViP for breach of any of these terms and conditions, the remaining balance must be settled, made up to the total at the time of cancellation (if a monthly payment plan is set up) and equally if subsequent payments are made to us automatically following your minimum 12 months membership then these will not be refunded back to you.  It is your responsibility to cancel or notify us of cancelation should you wish to discontinue your membership and payment plan following your minimum 12 month term and 30 days notice is required for cancellation.

6.5 If your monthly payment plan is set up on a standing order directly with your bank, as opposed to a monthly payment plan via our payment systems Go Cardless or Stripe, the above cancellation process still applies and any payments we receive through you not taking the responsibility to cancel your own standing order directly with your bank will not be refunded on or after your annual contract has expired, should you have not notified us in writing of cancellation at this point.  Any notifications of cancelation we recevie will be responded to, to acknowledge receipt, so if you have not recieved a response, we may not have recevied your request of cancelation and suggest you contact us again via our customer service email address: info@rsvipnetwork.co.uk or by calling our office on: 0115 9417 548. 

6.6 Should your membership roll over automatically due to your failure to cancel your membership with us after the 12 month agreement, whether your payment plan is set up on a standing order,  a direct debit basis, or via our Stripe card monthly payment plan, no refund of subsequent monthly payments will be offered- Please see more information on section number 2. Membership. 

6.7 membership can be terminated at anytime by RSViP, if the member is deemed to have become a threat or conflict of interest to the network by association or change of business.

6.8 Due to our monthly payment plan being based on a rolling contract, we at RSViP do not send out renewal reminders by email or otherwise, so it is your responsibility to track your 12 month membership plan, so that you are aware of when it carries over to a rolling contract which you can then cancel at anytime.

7.Software

 8.1. We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

8.2 You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.

8.3 You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately

8.4 You must not attempt to upload files without specific permission from RSViP including that which contain viruses, corrupted files, promotion of illegal activities such as abuse, harassment, or acts of cruelty to both humans and animals or files including video and audio dialogue..

  1. Termination
    9.1 Your RSViP membership (if paid in full annually) and your access to the service will automatically expire exactly one (1) year from date of issue in a month/year should we not hear from you.
    9.2 RSViP can terminate this agreement at any time on giving notice to you if you breach these terms and conditions and your agreement with us.
    9.3 We reserve the right to terminate your agreement at any time and for any reason on giving one months notice to you.
    9.4 On termination of your agreement for any reason you:
    9.4.1 You will no longer be able to benefit from the service or access the ‘Business Members Area’ of the website.
  2. Privacy
    10.1 We will request certain personal information from you in order to process and issue you with membership. You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of this information and by submitting your personal details warrants this to be true and accurate and we will take it as so.
    10.2 We will use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy related services by email.
  3. Copyright-
    10.1We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

10.2 You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our site.

10.3 You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

10.4 Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our site must always be acknowledged.

10.5 You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

10.6 If you print off, copy or download any part of our site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

12 Website- 

12.1 Our site is made available free of charge.

12.2 We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw  or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.

12.3 You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.

12.4 Where our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of those linked websites or information you may obtain from them. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources.

12.5 You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.

12.6 You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

12.7 You must not establish a link to our site in any website that is not owned by you.

12.8 Our site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of our site other than the home page.

12.9 We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

12.10 If you wish to link to or make any use of content on our site other than that set out above, please contact info@rsvipcard.co.uk.

12.11 The RSViP website offers the most up to date information on discounts at participating establishments, as well as business related articles and more available to our business members. We make reasonable efforts to maintain the currency of the discounts provided by our participating establishments and other content, however we are not responsible for third parties restrictions or changes to their offers not communicated to RSViP.

13 Liability and disclaimer

13.1 Whether you are a consumer or a business user:

13.1.1   We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents, volunteers or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13.1.2   Different limitations and exclusions of liability will apply to liability arising as a result of the supply of any products or services to you by third party suppliers which will be set out in their terms and conditions of supply.

13.2 If you are a business user:

13.2.1   We exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to our site or any content on it.

13.2.2   We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

14 Ownership
14.1 All contents of the website are directly in connection with the service provided by RSViP and all participating establishments advertised on the website have pre negotiated and agreed their exclusive offer/discount with RSViP in writing.
14.2 Participating establishments have the right to amend or withdraw their offer or promotion at anytime by logging into the members of the website to manage themselves or notifying RSViP to request removal.
14.3 Once written notification has been received RSViP have 30 days in which to withdraw the information from the website, although will endeavour to remove the offer immediately wherever possible.
14.4 Participating establishments agree to honour the agreed discount/offer advertised on the website for as long as they have presence on the website and are obliged to notify RSViP as soon as there are any changes which may affect the running of RSViP services.

15 Content
15.1 All of the special offers/discounts/events and members profiled featured on the RSViP website are described as accurately as possible, often using materials and content provided by the member upon request,  however RSViP does not warrant that descriptions are fully accurate, or error-free and RSViP reserve the right to use provided customer material in whatever manner we deem appropriate.

15.2 The content of the RSViP website is appropriate only for use within the United Kingdom; however those who choose to access the website from outside the United Kingdom do so at their own discretion and are responsible for compliance with English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

15.2If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
