With a creative background in theatre design, having studied the arts, Fiona integrates creativity into her business events and interactive training sessions with the sole purpose of creating both a valuable and memorable experience. With over 15 years of experience in the sales, events, marketing, advertising and PR world under her belt, Fiona now shares her knowledge through skills training workshops, masterclasses and consultancy. Down to earth and brilliantly connected, Fiona has become the go to person for East Midlands based businesses who want to attract their perfect customer and stand out from the crowd through creative thinking.

LAURA KNIGHT
EVENTS CO-ORDINATOR
Laura started her hospitality career as Marketing & Events Coordinator at Alea Casino back in 2010. She then spent 7 years working for Revolutions Bars Group, where she was Sales Manager at Revolucion de Cuba Derby & Nottingham as well as a Regional Corporate Sales Manager for both Cuba & Revs across the North of the UK.
During the pandemic she made the decision to leave hospitality and start a new career in the Automotive industry as a Regional Account Manager for Belron, who are an international vehicle replacement company, their leading brands include Autoglass & Laddaw. Laura thoroughly enjoys hosting events and will be on hand to make sure you have the best networking experience.

WELCOME LIAM!
Liam has joined RSViP as a business member after moving from London to Nottingham during the COVID pandemic. Originally from Australia, Liam has huge experience in managing some of London’s top Hospitality spots including Flight Club Darts, Bounce Ping Pong, Puttshack Mini Golf & Hijingo Bingo.
By day, Liam is the Sales & Marketing Manager for The brand new development The Island Quarter and by night Liam will greet you with a huge smile and ensure you have the best time at every single one of our events.

Sherylyn has been a friend of RSViP for many years through her previous role for Global Radio, having worked in media & digital marketing for 10+ years & will be managing our Instagram and live streams at our monthly events.
Sherylyn started her own business venture 6 years ago partnering with Nu Skin as a Social Selling Coach helping people earn an additional income alongside their current commitments and through launching her own business, has been able to grow an amazing community on social media and is skincare obsessed!

Steve joined RSViP as a member before being recruited as the Official Photographer for the events, marketing himself as ‘The Problem Solving Photographer’ and can help capture images from all aspects of business, including headshots, product shots, property photography, branding images and even automotive shots. Steve has worked with all sorts of organisations from large blue-chip corporations to sole traders, including our very own Fiona Duncan-Steer, and across many types of companies, in fact, when it comes to commercial photography, he covers All of Business.

AMY DERRICK
INTRODUCER/FACILITATOR
Having worked within hospitality and events for many years, from the Nottingham Business awards at Champions, to Lace Market Hotel, which is where she initially connected with RSViP, Amy then progressed to a regional role within the hotel chain, finally moving back to Nottingham soil to take on the role as Sales Manager at Motorpoint Arena. As well as this Amy, works extremely hard on a side venture which is all about skincare, beauty and cosmetics.
Amy’s role within RSViP will be to facilitate introductions for you at our monthly events, to ensure you have both an enjoyable and productive experience.
