The CONFERENCE & EVENTS VENUE AT CENTER PARCS

I headed down for a show-around and actually ended up spending the day working from this incredible conference centre to experience what they had to offer by way of facilities and let me tell you they have an all singing all dancing space for conferencing and events set up ready and waiting for you in the relaxed luxury of Sherwood Forest- a welcoming escape to the country which allows for creative thinking and a change of scenery to your usual workspace.

There are indoor and outdoor areas to utilise, a large open space for events and a lovely welcoming reception area complete with welcoming staff.  Even the toilets are impressive with a stylish botanical feel, keeping to the forest theme bringing the outside in.

Of course all needs are catered for technically, as well as hospitality wise as we were treated to refreshments and a buffet breakfast and lunch throughout the day, with colourful choices.

Whilst there, I decided to take advantage of a tour of the Center Parcs facilities on the whole and got my steps in, as we were guided through the fun activities, village and lodges, inspecting the incredible treehouses available to hire.

The activities available to book are what Center parcs is known for, with an extensive itinerary to integrate into your day /weekend/week’s stay d what’s more it is not all geared up fro families and children- it is just as great for couples who are looking for a fun yet relaxing getaway too.

I took my swimwear and decided that the Sub Tropical Paradise was too good an opportunity to pass on, so off swimming I went, but don’t kid yourself in thinking you can do lengths, this is more of a fun pool with a myriad of slides and flumes – have a go on the Tropical Cyclone and thank me later.

This is a great place to go for not only a holiday, but also for business thanks ot the addition of The Venue Conference and Events Centre – I highly recommend.
